Can I join more than 1 Chapter?

You can join as many Chapters as you would like. However, only one Chapter gets to be designated as your “Home Chapter".

It is up to you to affiliate with any other chapters and pay any necessary fees required.

These second and third Chapters people sign up for are fine, and where a payment fee is necessary, it needs to be paid between members and specific Chapters.

ICF policy is that members are only allowed one chapter to be added by ICF Global. Global ICF does not list more than one chapter affiliation in the member's profile. If the member wants to join more than one chapter, that is fine, but they will need to contact the additional chapters directly and inform Global ICF of which chapter affiliation they want to appear in their profile online.
