What is the difference between ACTP, ACSTH, and CCE programs?

Edited

Accredited Coach Training Programs (ACTP) and Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) are retired education types that are no longer offered to new students. However, if you previously completed training under one of these programs, you can still use the education to apply for the ACC and the PCC.

The new education types are Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and CCE.

Level 1 is a seamless education and application path to the ACC credential, offering 60-124 hours of coach-specific education.

Level 2 is a seamless education and application path to the PCC credential, offering 125-175 hours of coach-specific education.

Level 3 is a seamless education and application path to the MCC credential, offering 75+ hours of coach-specific education in advanced curricula.

CCE courses are designed to build upon the foundational knowledge that coaches gain in their initial education. While these courses don’t form a complete program to meet the education requirement on their own, the hours from these courses can count toward the education requirement if you are applying through the Portfolio application path.
