Who has access to my profile information?

Your profile information may be accessed by:

• UK ICF operational support team for membership and event administration

• ICF Global for membership synchronisation and credential verification

• Data processors acting on our behalf under strict instruction, including CRM hosting providers, IT hosting providers, email platforms and web hosting providers

• ICF Global Assessors and external assessors for credential applications

• External investigators, legal advisors and the ICF Global Ethics Team in cases of ethics complaints

• Venue providers and communication providers when you register for events

All organisations that access your data are bound by UK GDPR-compliant contracts and can only process your data as we instruct them to.

If you have made your profile visible in the Credentialed Coach Finder, your name, email address, bio, location, credential and coaching themes will be publicly accessible to potential clients.
