Can I request a copy of all data UK ICF holds about me?

Yes, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).
When you make this request, we will provide you with:
A copy of your personal data
Information about how we are processing it
Details of the purposes for processing
Information about who we share it with
How long we will keep it
To make a request, please contact our Data Protection Lead at admin@coachingfederation.org.uk. We will respond to your valid request within one month of receiving it.
SAR files are retained for 3 years after closure for our records.
