How is my payment information stored and protected?

UK ICF uses trusted payment processors to handle all financial transactions securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

When you make a payment:

• Your payment information is processed by our payment processors who are bound by strict UK GDPR-compliant contracts

• These processors use industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data

• We only retain transaction data (such as invoice details and payment confirmations) for our records, not your full card details

• Financial transaction data is kept for 6 years from the end of the financial year to comply with legal and accounting requirements

Payment processors acting on our behalf can only process your data as we instruct them to and must hold it securely. They are not allowed to share your payment information with any other organisation unless required to do so by law.
