What is the UK ICF Board and how does it work?

The Board operates through a collaborative structure with three main groups:
Board Directors - Strategic leadership and governance
Associate Members - Extended support for specific initiatives and activities
Operational Support Team - Day-to-day administrative and operational management
All Board members are committed to maintaining ICF's global standards while serving the specific needs of the UK coaching community through events, credentialing support, special interest groups, and professional development opportunities.
